    yep, Latvians is good peoples, but in political.. NOT, they even not decriminalizing weed, maximum 0.2 could stay in ur pocket, that sucks + in Latvia there are maaaaaaaaaaaanyyyyyyyyyy legal highs :[ that dissapoint me and stoner nation.
